This Refund Policy applies to the Tune54 service, operated by QUANTUM SpA. We want you to be satisfied with your subscription, which is why we offer the refund guarantee described below.
1. 14-day guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 14 days of the initial charge of your subscription. No reason needs to be given.
After this 14-day period, charges already made (including subsequent monthly renewals) are non-refundable, except in the cases described in section 3.
2. How to request your refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, which acts as the Merchant of Record. To request a refund:
- Go to paddle.net using the email address you used at purchase and request the refund there; or
- Email us at admin@tune54.com with the email and purchase date, and we will forward your request to Paddle.
Approved refunds are returned to the same payment method used at purchase and typically appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your issuer.
3. Exceptions beyond 14 days
Outside the 14-day period, we will only consider refunds in exceptional situations such as:
- Prolonged unavailability of the Service solely attributable to us and not resolved within a reasonable time;
- Duplicate or clearly erroneous charges attributable to our system;
- Any refund or withdrawal right that the law applicable to your jurisdiction does not allow to be excluded contractually.
4. Subscription cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the "Subscription" section inside the app. Cancellation stops future charges and you keep access to the Service until the end of the monthly period already paid. Cancellation alone, outside the 14-day period, does not generate a refund of the current period.
5. Misuse of the Service
We will not grant refunds when suspension or loss of access is due to a breach of the Terms and Conditions by the user, including abuse, fraud, illegal use or abnormal resource consumption.
